HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid
This unit covers the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to a casualty in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) and other Australian national peak clinical bodies.
HLTAID009 – Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Nationally accredited training to effectively perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation (ARC) guidelines. National Model Code of Practice recommends refresher training annually.

- Identify, Prevent and Report Potential Facility Emergency Situations (PUAFER001) – targeting all workers
- Respond to Facility Emergencies (PUAFER004) – for workplace ERTs
- Perform Rescue from a Live Panel (UETDRRF004)
- Confine Small Emergencies in a Facility (PUAFER008) – fire extinguisher training
- Conduct Fire Team Operations (RIIERR201E)
- Provide First Aid (HLTAID011)
- Participate in a Rescue Operation (PUASAR022)
- Undertake Vertical Rescue (PUASAR032) – for heights rescue
