Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

At Health & Safety Advisory Service, we are committed to advancing workplace health and safety (WHS) standards through innovative and practical training programs.

HSAS has teamed with Because it Matters to offer a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care.  Our experienced trainers and assessors offer personalised support to enhance trainee outcomes through regular workplace visits and flexible delivery options.

Course Overview

This qualification reflects the role of early childhood educators in regulated services across Australia. They support children’s wellbeing and development within an approved learning framework, using a range of skills and knowledge, and exercising discretion within established policies. Educators may work independently or under guidance, which may not always be on-site.

Early childhood educators work in long day care centres, family day care, pre-schools, and kindergartens. This qualification is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful impact on young children’s lives.
