The Certificate III in Work Health and Safety (BSB30719) provides training for people performing work health & safety (WHS) functions in addition to their main duties. They may provide technical advice and support to a team and apply a range of competencies in varied work contexts. It provides the skills and knowledge required to contribute to a variety of WHS tasks. On successful completion of all eleven units a Certificate III in WHS qualification will be issued, which may assist in gaining employment or progress to further studies in the WHS area.
