This qualification is designed for individuals stepping into leadership and management roles across various industries and business environments. It focuses on developing the skills needed to lead, guide, and support teams while taking responsibility for personal performance. Learners will gain the ability to manage teams, oversee their output, and address both routine and unforeseen challenges. With a strong emphasis on problem-solving and decision-making, this course equips learners to analyse and evaluate information from diverse sources, setting the foundation for effective leadership in any enterprise.

Health & Safety Advisory Service offers credit transfer for statements of attainment and qualifications issued by other Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) in Australia. To apply, you must provide original or certified copies of documents and agree to verification processes. Your Unique Student Identifier (USI) and Vocational Education and Training (VET) transcript can also be used for recognition.

We also offer Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) for those who have relevant prior knowledge or experience through formal, non-formal, or informal learning. To apply for RPL, you must:

  • Demonstrate relevant prior learning and experience
  • Provide proof of formal or non-formal training, or informal learning
  • Submit authenticated documents or work samples
  • Show current skills in an interview or observation

You may also be eligible for Smart and Skilled funding to supplement your course fees.
